How to Disable System Field?

⚙ View System Fields

Go to System Settings > System Field to view all enabled system fields. These fields are used in Student and Staff forms.

🚫 Disable System Field

Click on the Toggle button in the Action column. The system will ask for confirmation before disabling the field.

Once disabled, the field will no longer appear in forms.
