About Examination

Exams are a way to test knowledge. Without exams, students may not focus properly on studies.

This module manages complete examination records including exam grades, exam groups, schedules, and results.

📌 Examination Module Workflow

Smart School supports four types of exam systems:

• General Purpose (Pass/Fail) - Non-grading system used in most institutions.
• School Based Grading System - Merge exams of same session for consolidated result.
• College Based Grading System - Merge exams of different sessions for final result.
• GPA Grading System - Based on credit hours and grade points.

First step is to add Marks Grade, then create Exam Group, then define Exam Schedule, and finally manage results and reports.
